Fellebia (94 Aquarii) is a star system that hosts a planetary system that hosts the Fellebian civilization.

Fellebia, also known as 94 Aquarii, is a star system within the Milky Way’s Alpha Quadrant.
The star system is approximately 68.7 light years from Sol (Earth). Its average apparent magnitude, as viewed from Earth, is 5.2, and its absolute visual magnitude is 3.6, making it about 3 and 1/5ths brighter than Sol. Its primary star is a yellow subgiant with a stellar classification of G5 and an average temperature of about 5,640 degrees Kelvin. Planetary System
The Fellebia star system hosts an inhabited planetary system with no less than one planet. Fellebia, a city state on a planet within the planetary system, and the Fellebian capital, is the origin of the star system’s common name. Its inhabitants are members of the United Federation of Planets.
Circa Stardate -15100, Humans originating from Earth first heard the expression, “When in Fellebia, do as the Fellebians do.” The expression is remarkably similar to one of Human origin, in reference to a city on Earth; namely, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.”
