Belak is a star system that hosts a planetary system.

Star System

Belak is a star system within the Glintara Sector, and within the Milky Way’s Beta Quadrant.

The star system is approximately 69.5 light years from Sol (Earth). Its average apparent magnitude, as viewed from Earth, is 4.8, and its absolute visual magnitude is 3.2, making it about 4 and 7/10ths brighter than Sol. Its primary star is a yellow subgiant with a stellar classification of G6 and an average temperature of about 5,720 degrees Kelvin. The stellar classification of its secondary star is K. Circa Stardate 17100, a Romulan D’deridex class warbird, in service of the Tal’Shiar, proudly bore the name Belak.

Planetary System

The Belak star system hosts an inhabited planetary system with no less than one planet. Its inhabitants are members of the Romulan Star Empire.
