Star System

Nasat is a star system within the Joran Sector, and within the Milky Way’s Beta Quadrant.

The star system is approximately 99.6 light years from Sol (Earth). Its average apparent magnitude, as viewed from Earth, is 7.9, and its absolute visual magnitude is 5.5, making it only about 3/5ths as bright as Sol. Its primary star is a yellow main sequence “dwarf” with a stellar classification of G8 and an average temperature of about 5,880 degrees Kelvin. The stellar classification of its secondary star is G; and tertiary, G. (See also the Astronomical Terms Database.)

Planetary System

The Nasat star system hosts an inhabited planetary system with no less than one planet. Nasat, a planet within the planetary system, and the Citoac and Nasat homeworld, is the origin of the star system’s common name. Its Nasat inhabitants are members of the United Federation of Planets.
