The Xendi Sabu system is an inhabited planetary system, located in the Alpha Quadrant, very near the border with the Beta Quadrant.
This system has at least 9 planets that orbit an M-class star, also named Xendi Sabu.
Xendi Sabu IX is the inhabited ninth planet, with one other (unnamed) planet capable of supporting life.
Historical Significance
According to Daimon Bok, his ship discovered the USS Stargazer adrift at the far edge of this system in 2364.
- Soon after, the Ferengi made a request to Starfleet to rendezvous with the USS Enterprise-D.
- During this meeting, ownership of the Stargazer was transferred over to the Enterprise-D.
