Troyians have a long-standing history of fighting with their neighboring planet, Elas. As such, they considered the Elasians to live spartanly, act primitively, and be generally arrogant.
- During the 23rd Century, when the Federation warred with the Klingon Empire, Troyians managed to maintain a friendly, diplomatic relationship with both
