Troyius

Troyius is an inhabited planet in the Tellun system of the Alpha Quadrant.

It is the homeworld to the Troyians, a spacefaring humanoid species.

This planet is known for its rich deposits of dilithium (though called "radan" in the Troyian language).

In 2268, both Troyius and its neighboring planet, Elas, had the ability to destroy one another, and intended to do so.

In order to avoid this catastrophe, the governments of the two planets arranged for their leaders to be married.

Both this planet and Elas are on the Federation-Klingon border, and were highly disputed during trade agreements between those two governments.
Troyius and Elas are rich in dilithium, which cannot be perfectly replicated.
