Sal'rin V

Sal'rin V is a planet in the Sal'rin system of the Romulan Star Empire. This small world is composed mainly of black rock and is considered scientifically uninteresting.

During Stardate 20808, the RIS Shadowhawk, answering a distress call, encountered a hidden Tal'Shiar base on the planet. The facility was conducting bioweapons research. An unknown pathogen had spread throughout the base, requiring the Shadowhawk to render assistance. The ship's medical staff, led by S'Ten and Areinnye s'Jeiai, found a cure for the disease, though the Shadowhawk's first officer, Domaere, fell victim to the pathogen and died. The Shadowhawk's commanding officer, V'Tana, acting in cooperation with the facility's commander, Valis, destroyed the base, leaving no trace of it behind.
