Draylon II
Draylon II is the second planet in its star system.
Located in the Bajoran sector in the Alpha Quadrant, this uninhabited M-class planet was colonized in 2370 by the Skrreea.
Draylon II has a stable orbit, temperate climate, and very low surface radiation. This world also has good soil for farming, a long growing season, and mild winters.
Refugee Skrreea traveled from the Gamma Quadrant, through the Bajoran wormhole in 2370, believing Bajor to be their mythical sanctuary.[1]
However, the Bajoran Provisional Government was forced to turn them away, because Bajor was struggling to provide for its own people, let alone an additional three million Skrreea.
Starfleet and the Provisional Government suggested they settle on Draylon II instead, and the Skrreea initially refused.
However, after one of them was killed while attempting to land on Bajor forcefully, they reluctantly accepted the offer to settle on Draylon II.
