Devos II

Devos II is a planet in the "Devos system," home to a Son'a outpost during the 2370s. During the Dominion War, a ketracel-white storage facility was built there.

Located in the Alpha Quadrant, the planet's primary star was G-Class.

In 2375, the Federation learned of the existence of the ketracel-white storage facility. Once this happened, the Dominion was forced to send forces to defend the outpost, rather then pursue the USS Defiant, NX-74205 fleeing the area.

Devos II became virtually unpopulated after the war. In 2387, several Jem'Hadar established a base of operations near the now-former ketracel-white facility. The Jem'Hadar later expanded the facility to give them the means of manufacturing their own supplies of the substance. Starfleet sent the USS Stargazer-A to the Devos system due to the threat, but decided to leave the Jem'Hadar in peace as long as they took no more hostile actions.
