fs-sc-19 61 Ursae Majoris 21507.04

The Kzin star is host to an inhabited planetary system, homeworld to the Kzinti species, located in the Alpha Quadrant.

Star Fleet Cartography's star chart number fs-sc-2 15 29 980 84 21506.05 depicts this system's relative position in space.

The system's star is approximately 69.8 light years from Sol (Earth). Its average apparent magnitude, as viewed from Earth, is 7.1, and its absolute visual magnitude is 5.4, making it only about 3/5ths as bright as Sol. It is a yellow main sequence “dwarf” with a stellar classification of G8 and an average temperature of about 5,880 degrees Kelvin.

The leader of this planet is known as the Highest of Kzin.
