Starbase 133 is a Federation starbase with the same design as the Spacedock orbiting Earth.
In 2366, the Enterprise-D traveled here after its mission to investigate the disappearance of the colony on Delta Rana IV.
In 2367, Starbase 133 was the site of an Enterprise-D crew rotation. While docked at the starbase, an experiment conducted by Wesley Crusher trapped Dr. Beverly Crusher in an alternate universe, contained within a "warp bubble."
