Starbase 103 is a Federation starbase near the Lorenze Cluster.


After Lieutenant Geordi La Forge ordered a saucer separation following an attack on the USS Enterprise, NCC-1701-D by an automated weapons drone, he instructed the saucer section to head to Starbase 103.
