Starbase 36 is a Federation starbase located in the Beta Quadrant.
The station has at least two hotels, a sensory museum, and facilities for shopping and gambling. There is a club that was popular with off-duty Starfleet personnel.
Note:
The USS Enterprise-D was scheduled to stop at Starbase 36 in 2367.
Dr. Beverly Crusher suggested that Lieutenant Commander La Forge have his VISOR checked for malfunctions during the stopover.
