Ornara

Ornara is the inhabited third planet of the Delos system.
The planet had one moon.

This is the homeworld for the Ornarans, a pre-warp, but spaceflight-capable humanoid species.

In the 22nd century, a Federation scout ship arrived in the system to document it and the indigenous species' development.

The planet was found by the Federation unable to sustain growth of a plant from which felicium could be produced, significantly altering the Ornarans' development.

The Brekkans, who already knew this fact, were taking advantage of their planetary neighbors, and were keeping the Onarans addicted to the felicium in order to help their own economy.
