The city of Del on the planet Eilhaunn is the current capital of the Romulan Star Empire. The Romulan government moved to the planet in 2410 when ch'Rihan (Romulus) became threatened by the shockwave of a supernova and had to be abandoned.
The city's population is approximately 8 million.
