The Vulcan Database was a collection of information on all civilizations, astral bodies and spatial phenomenon encountered by the Vulcans through the mid-22nd century. The Vulcan star charts made up part of this database.
The Vulcans provided the crew of the NX class starship Enterprise with its database to help assist in their first steps into interstellar space.
