|History=Charlotte, known most often as Charlie, had a good childhood with a loving family. Always energetic and happy she got on with those around her, accepting them for who they were as long as they accepted her. She was always good at Maths and loved science and anything computer related.
Her mother Marlena served as an engineer in Star Fleet before she gave birth to her first child. She was an engineer and Charlie loved her stories of the adventures she’d had aboard ship. They inspired her daughter with an unshakeable loyalty toward Starfleet, and a determination to follow in her footsteps.
Charlie’s part Klingon maternal grandmother was abandoned as a baby and raised by an Earth colony, so the mystery of her inherited Klingon DNA remains unsolved.
