Mendaissa

Mendaissa is a major colony world in the Romulan Star Empire located near the border with the Democratic Romulan Republic. Cities on Mendaissa include Davast and Steilalvh, while Memmesh is the name of a town.

In 2411, when the shockwave from a major supernova threatened to destroy Romulus, the Tal'Shiar moved its headquarters to Mendaissa while the Romulan government moved to Eilhaunn. The Tal'Shiar control Mendaissa and the surrounding area, running it as their own fiefdom, though officially still part of the Star Empire.
