Eminian High Council

The Eminian High Council (also known as the High Council of Eminiar) was the governing body of the Eminian Union and the planet Eminiar VII.

The Council consisted of five members, led by the First Councilman.

Principal duties included continuing the centuries-long war between the Eminians and the Vendikarans, which was being fought via computer calculation.

In 2267, the USS Enterprise visited the planet of Eminiar VII on a diplomatic mission.

After meeting with the Council and discovering that the Eminian people willingly committed suicide in the name of the war, Captain Kirk forcefully ended it.
