Zantaxian Spotted Housecat

This cat looks and behaves is much like a Terran housecat, with the following exceptions.

The cat grows to approximately 50 lbs when mature, proportioned accordingly, has a primary fur color of something between ‘dirty white’ and ‘dark gray’, and is covered with faded spots. These spots tend to change color based on the mood of the nearest or “attached” humanoid and the cat’s mood.

The colors are as follows: Gray/No Color = Cat is asleep or no strong emotions present Reddish/Orange = Anger or wild playfulness Bluish/Purplish = sadness or embarrassment Green = happiness or passive Yellow = Fear or confusion

5% of Zantaxian housecats also have the ability to ‘phase shift’ through solid objects such as walls at will. This makes them very hard to contain against their will. It is not known what causes this ability.
