On Stardate 20802.01 the USS Copernicus, GEC-9035 was sent to spy on Klingon activity in the area.
They found a Klingon space station that had apparently been transported many hundreds of light years away from its proper location through experimental artificial wormhole technology (see Copernicus Mission Logs "Into the Void.")
