Italics vs Bold?

Why is lungs italicized when all the other heading changes to the Medical pages so far have bolded key words? Also, is this a site-wide change to how articles are supposed to be written and why wasn't it announced? --Yvette 03:47, 1 August 2011 (PDT)

Whoops, that was a mistake. It should be bolded instead of italics. That was just a goof on my part.

It's not a sitewide change, it's just me cleaning up some wiki pages when I'm bored and need something mindless to do. By bolding the first instance of the word it helps with search engine rankings by essentially telling the engine "hey this is the important part!".

While I'm cleaning up pages I'm also adding noeditsections, making sure pages are named correctly, adding categories, adding more links, etc etc. It's mostly stuff listed on the Help page that got missed, except for the bolding (since that's something I learned in the past 2 months or so). --Nielson 10:04, 1 August 2011 (PDT)
