Taggart's Syndrome

Taggart's Syndrome is a neurological disorder which afflicts only Humans.

It is well-known that this disease will kill a person by the age of twenty in all cases.

If a person is not dead by that age, it is an obvious indication that they are using Rigelian gene therapy, which is the only treatment. There is no permanent cure.

Fun Fact:

The leader of the xenophobic group Terra Prime suffered from this condition, and took regular injections to treat himself.
