Rotciv are a humanoid species, widely dispersed throughout the Alpha, Beta, and Delta Quadrants.

They became warp-capable sometime before what Earth calls the 21st Century, and were already present among the traders on Rigel X by 2151. By the late 23rd Century, a number of Rotcivs were enlisted in Starfleet, with one noted to have served on the USS Excelsior in 2293.

Frequently nomads, you can find Rotcivs everywhere, including working on freighters or for shadier bosses. However, Rotcivs have also been commended medics, especially during the Federation-Klingon war in 2373.

Their presence in the Delta Quadrant was noted by Captain Janeway.

The Tarlac were one of two primitive races (the other being the Ellora) that were conquered by the Son'a in 2325.
The Vori have an unusual training technique. They kidnap members of their species and/or aliens and place them in a controlled environment. A combination of drugs and virtual stimuli then convince the trainee that they have witnessed Kradin atrocities. The resulting soldier is fanatical in their desire to kill the Kradin "beasts". This method was used on Lieutenant Commander Chakotay of the USS Voyager when his shuttle crashed on the planet in 2374.

Zahl
In one possible timeline, the Zahl were a technologically advanced and generally benevolent humanoid species who, a generation prior to 2374, defeated the Krenim Imperium. The Zahl disbanded the Krenim fleet and retook the territories they had annexed. In 2374, two Zahl starships greeted the USS Voyager upon its arrival in their space. During the meeting, the entire Zahl civilization was erased from history by Annorax's weapon ship. The erasure of the Zahl achieved an unprecedented 98% Krenim restoration, although the Krenim colony on Kyana Prime was not restored.
It is unknown what became of the Zahl after the timeline was returned to normal.

Pardshay's species is a humanoid species.

n 2293, a member of this species was serving on the USS Excelsior. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country; VOY: "Flashback")

A member of Pardshay's species was a customer in a bar on Torman V when Jean-Luc Picard, Beverly Crusher, and Worf were undercover on the planet in 2369. (TNG: "Chain of Command, Part I")

A member of this species was at the Bonestell Recreation Facility in 2327. (TNG: "Tapestry")

Members of this species were often seen on Deep Space 9 in Quark's, (DS9: "Captive Pursuit", "Chrysalis") on the Promenade, (DS9: "Duet", "Favor the Bold") and in the Replimat. (DS9: "Progress", "The Ascent")

Three members of the species had a small argument in front of Odo's security office in early 2370. (DS9: "The Circle")

A member of this species named Pardshay served on the Xhosa in 2371. (DS9: "Family Business", "Indiscretion")

Another member of the species worked as a medic on Ajilon Prime during the war with the Klingons in 2373. (DS9: "Nor the Battle to the Strong")

A disfigured member of this species was a customer of Quark's who had joined his cousin in dealing weapons. The customer tested a weapon in the holosuite against a holographic warrior. He was satisfied and told Quark he would purchase 2,000 units. (DS9: "Business as Usual")

Redjac is an intelligent, non-corporeal and non-humanoid entity which requires a humanoid host to enable it to feed. It has been encountered in the Alpha Quadrant, but its actual place of origin is unknown. Whether Redjac is a unique lifeform or a member of a species of similar lifeforms is also unknown.

It is composed of formless electromagnetic impulses. On the single occasion that it displayed its true form, it appeared as swirling masses of multicolored energy, but it is usually invisible.

To maintain its strength and to continue existing, Redjac needs to feed on the emotions of humanoids, specifically the emotion of fear. It accomplishes this by taking a humanoid as a host, and then using the host's body to commit brutal murders, thereby provoking strong quantities of terror for it to feed on. Redjac appears to be capable of inhabiting a humanoid host for as long as it requires, and can even remain after the death of the host by reanimating the body. It is able to use the host to communicate, and appears to also have access to the thoughts of its host, using them to act convincingly as the host between murders. For unknown reasons, Redjac almost always inhabits males, and kills females.

As well as humanoids, Redjac is also able to inhabit sophisticated computer systems. However, doing so appears to require more effort on Redjac's part than using a humanoid as a host. Redjac's origin is unknown, but it is known to have existed for several centuries. The earliest known appearance was in 1888 on Earth. By 2105, it had left Earth, travelling to the colonies on Mars, where it murdered eight women.

Given Redjac's unusual nature, there have been no confirmed encounters with it for many years.

A humanoid race who, by the 27th century, had developed the ability to travel through time.

In the 27th century, two Vorgon criminals attempted to steal a quantum phase inhibitor, a device capable of halting all nuclear fusion within a star.
Failing in their quest to obtain the phase inhibitor, they returned to their own time.
