|History=Terrh S'Ten was born in the capital city on [[Romulus]]. As the middle son of a very distinguished family, Terrh grew up surrounded by Romulus' political and military elite. As a small boy, he loved to play Romulan sports.
Though his older and younger brothers were interested in politics and the military, Terrh preferred philosophy and psychology. At dinner parties given by his parents he shied away from the conversations and bringing any attention to himself.
Terrh’s father, Maec, an enriov, died in the First General War. After his father's death, his younger brother Taev became very close to his oldest brother, Tafv. Due to his philosophical beliefs, Terrh began to distance himself from his family. His older brother Tafv was killed at the battle of Sheridan Nebula during the Second Federation/Romulan War. His youngest brother was devastated. Terrh tried to reach out to his younger sibling, but having nothing in common with Taev, the younger S’Ten withdrew from him.
Once on Ecurai, the leaders of the Intelligence Agency recognized his talents and recruited him to become an operative. After a few successful missions, he was selected to participate in a mission to track down several telepathic adepts.
It was during this mission that he met Lern and [[Sevala, Imina (PC)|Sevala]]. He accompanied them on several adventures that ultimately led to the Ih’uwe Tahherh Mine, [[Remus|ch'Havran]]. Here they not only tracked down an adept, but Terrh encountered his brother, Tafv who was a member of the [[RIS Shadowhawk]] crew. Though the adept was killed, unfortunately so was his brother.
Sevala, who he became romantically involved, was given command of the Shadowhawk and she offered him a tactical position aboard this ship. During a mission aboard the Shadowhawk, Terrh was severally injured and was in a comma for several months. He woke up in a hospital and after a few months of rehabilitation he returned to the Romulan Intelligence Service.
