Sienae Class Base Facility
Sienae Class Base Facility are small hdrael (starbases) used mainly as resupply stations by the Romulan Star Empire. Each facility is largely composed of cargo storage and is manned by a minimal crew of between 30-50. These hdraelir are typically located in areas of hostility or along less traveled routes, providing military vessels with needed equipment for emergency repairs. Their locations are not permanent, as they are moved around to areas of the greatest need.
Sienae Class facilities are equipped with 4 banks of disruptor cannons and 4 standard disruptor arrays. Defensive capabilities are served by strong shielding, a cloaking device, and impulse engines. They do not have warp capabilities and thus need to be towed to their destinations.
