After the end of the [[First General War]] in [[2395]] the Cardassian Intelligence Bureau was renamed back to the Obsidian Order by its new head Rakek. Under his command the Order was able to rebuild itself back to its former glory.
In [[2401]], the Obsidian Order began construction of a new starbase named [[Terrak NarIlusra Kerar]]. This was to be used as their new base of operations. Located in the [[Bryma|Bryma system]] close to the Federation border the station was completed in [[2406]].
