A mutagenic retrovirus is a type of biogenic weapon.
It is made up of genetically-engineered viruses, and can only be created in a laboratory.
When used on a population, a mutagenic retrovirus has the possibility of causing millions of casualties in a short period of time.
It also requires the use of a mutagenic pathogen as a deployment agent, which is also biological in nature.
