Eminian Union

The Eminian Union was the government in charge of Eminiar VII in the late 23rd century.

The High Council was the governing body of the Union. The High Council consisted of at least five councilors, supported by various attachés, adjutants, and other functionaries

People of the Eminian Union supported their government to such an extent that they would report to a "disintegration station" if and when ordered to do so.

The people of Eminiar had spaceflight for several centuries by the time Captain Kirk visited, though they did not leave their homeworld.

Their destructive war was fought solely by computer simulation.
When theoretical deaths were calculated, the computer ordered random members of the population to sacrifice themselves in order to fulfil the "equation."
