Up until her sister's passing she was a happy child growing up on Betazed with her sister. When Julia was 8
years old her sister, Elizabeth passed away. She was unhappy for two weeks until she met her best
friend Mary Fine. Before Elizabeth's passing, they looked up to Deanna Troi. Julia grew up knowing that
reading minds is wrong, and that her parents never let her forget about being in the 5th house of
Betazed. Everyone loved her and her sister from the start. It was not easy for her growing up with full
telepathic and empathic abilities turned on right from birth. With an early start on mastering both
abilities she was ready to go beyond Betazed. When Julia got to high School she started to study
counseling and psychology. She got teased through out high school cause she had advanced abilities
compared to her peers.
Julia enjoyed being at the Academy, and while at the Academy she didn't make to many friends cause
she was always studying so she can graduate from the academy. Julia always spent time in the gardens,
cafeteria, or her room studying, relaxing, or writing to her family back on Betazed. Her best friend Mary
left a month before the final exams. Right before Julia got to the Academy, all of her abilities been fully
developed and under control. She continued counseling and psychology at the academy. During the final
year at the academy she started to slowly making friends. Julia has been writing stories about her life
back on Betazed.

She had to go to school at an earlyage for special training and learning on how to deal with controlling and mastering her abilities whileusing both of them. When Julia was playing in the yard with her 5 year old sister Elizabeth, they climbedup a tree, and Elizabeth fell out of the tree and hit her head. Julia have gotten out of the tree and goneover to her sister, and tried to get Elizabeth to stay awake. Julia had called her father to help out, but itwas to late when her sister passed away from the head injury.

The only reason she decided to go tothe academy was to forget about the passing of her sister Elizabeth. After seven years of Elizabeth'spassing she gotten the decision to go to the Star Fleet Academy. She had been trying to forget aboutElizabeth's passing for seven years. Julia enjoyed being at the Academy, and while at the Academy she didn't make to many friends cause she was always studying so she can graduate from the academy. Post academy- After graduating from the academy Julia got assigned to the Ozaki during the end of the battle with the Borg megasphere. She joined just in time when the battle was nearing the end. At least Julia got to be on the Ozaki before it was destroyed. After the Ozaki was no longer around she got transferred to the Nikola Tesla.
Julia's abilities helped out with the crew and could sense the feelings of them whether she was with the away team or not. She became friends with some of the crew and found love. With enjoying her time on the Tesla Julia would be found writing to her family back home or writing stories in her quarters or the lounge. When she isn't writing back home or stories, she would be practicing her singing, or sewing a new dress in her quarters.
