|History= Julia was born with full telepathic and empathic abilities turned on. She had to go to school at an early
year at the academy she started to slowly making friends. Julia has been writing stories about her life
back on Betazed.
Post academy- After graduating from the academy Julia got assigned to the Ozaki during the end of the battle with the Borg megasphere. She joined just in time when the battle was nearing the end. At least Julia got to be on the Ozaki before it was destroyed. After the Ozaki was no longer around she got transferred to the Nikola Tesla.
Julia's abilities helped out with the crew and could sense the feelings of them whether she was with the away team or not. She became friends with some of the crew and found love. With enjoying her time on the Tesla Julia would be found writing to her family back home or writing stories in her quarters or the lounge. When she isn't writing back home or stories, she would be practicing her singing, or sewing a new dress in her quarters.
