Starbase 621 is a Federation starbase.
In 2399, the location of Starbase 621 was labeled in a Federation star chart that was in Fleet Admiral Kirsten Clancy's office at Starfleet Headquarters. This base was in or near Federation space.
The USS Enterprise, NCC 1701-D was supposed to visit Starbase 621 in 2370, but delayed this mission for a few days to help in repairing the environmental controls of the Caldos colony.
