==How does it differ from Star Trek Canon?==
Federation Space has a rich history spanning nearly twenty yearsthat diverts from established canon within the franchise itself. As later episodes of Voyager, Enterprise, and the movie Star Trek: Nemesis were aired after the site began, they are not considered wholly canon. Likewise, Star Trek: Discovery is not currently being considered for site canon, though this may change many events and pieces of technology will likely be highly classified. Star Trek: Picard will remain non-canon until the series concludes, at the discretion of which point a decision will be made by the Administration.
