The Marine Corps Research and Development Command (MARR&DC) is a branch of the Star Fleet Marine Corps responsible for the creation and upgrading of Weapons, Equipment and Starships; and frequently working closely with the Star Fleet Corps of Engineers (SCE) and sometimes the Star Fleet Science Institute (SFSI), to do so.
