|History=Spencer was born In Corvallis, Oregon. Having married his high school sweetheart at 19, Spencer and Kayla decided to move to Arizona. While in Arizona, Spencer was able to follow one of his lifelong passions. He flew propeller driven aircraft for the aeronautic history museum and loved every minute of it.<br>
Now at age 36, he realizes that he has started a little late in life with Star Fleet. The last four years have confirmed that this was the right choice for him. Spencer sees his age as an asset rather than a liability. Hard work has never been an issue with Spencer. The challenge for him will be finding people who understand him

However, "moving up" does not have to mean a promotion. Name recognition with his superiors is something that suits him just fine as well|Long= To be chief engineer of a starship|Personality= On the outside, Spencer shows warmth and a genuine happy demeanor that makes everyone smile. However, Spencer can hold grudges and can be quite passive aggressive.
