Interspecies Medical Exchange

An interstellar program initiated by the Vulcan High Command in the late 2130s. It initially involved several Alpha and Beta Quadrant species including Earth, Vulcan and Denobula. It allowed the exchange of medical technologies and treatments. It also included a medical exchange program that allowed doctors from other planets to volunteer their services on alien worlds in order to gain a better understanding of xenobiology.
