Daniel excelled at the Academy just as he had done in all his other schooling. He chose the career path of a Tactical Officer and soon his final exams would be completed, he would graduate and be happy that his father would be in the audience. He promised to make his father and mother proud and the Hawk legacy in Star Fleet would live on.
After the ill-fated maiden voyage of the USS Becket, Daniel was transferred to the USS Apparition.
