Changes

First long-distance journey made by a fleet powered by [[Quantum Slipstream Drive]]. Starships from the [[Pathfinder Project]] enter the Delta Quadrant and make contact with the Talaxian Colony first visited by Voyager. April 2401 - "Frontier Day Incident". Following incursions by Changeling infiltrators, the Frontier Day celebration turns into a massacre. Starfleet personnel aged 25 and under are absorbed into a new Borg Collective, and use the new "Fleet Formation Mode" to attack Earth. Several starships, including the USS Excelsior, are destroyed during the fighting, and Probert Station is heavily damaged. Fleet Admiral Elizabeth Shelby and Captain Liam Shaw are killed during the fighting. The incident is resolved when the USS Enterprise, NCC-1701-D destroys the Borg Transmitter Cube from within - ending the Borg threat seemingly once and for all. USS Enterprise, NCC-1701-F Decommissioned.
