Captain Jane Fields offered Ameen the position of Chief Engineer aboard the USS Copernicus, and with the blessing of his current CO, Captain Gabriel Archer, he decided to accept it. It did not take long for Morad to fit in on the new ship, and he started to slowly, but surely, make new friends. By the end of the mission, The Copernicus was able to help the Eklata solve their reproduction problems and advanced the interest of the Federation by making a new ally. Once the mission was over the Copernicus returned to Star Base and the crew were informed that they were being transferred to Star Fleet's newest ship: The USS Titania.
