To make use of this table header template , [[Template:{{PAGENAME}}]], the biography must include the following line within its <code>|CHist=</code> section:

Note that “Name” the character’s actual name must be replaced replace “Character Name.” To avoid display errors because of color, try one of two things: (1) Do not include double square brackets along with the character’s actual name. (2) Leave “UFP” blank, like this: <code><nowiki>{{CHHeadTest|Character Name|}}</nowiki></code>, for a neutral color.<br />

Note that “UFP” may be replaced with here simply determines the header’s color, and should reflect the character’s affiliation—not the character’s species—and the appropriate one of the followingshould replace it:
