The '''RDC''' was a strategic alliance formed by the [[Romulan Star Empire|Romulans]], [[Dominion]], and [[Cardassian Union|Cardassians]] in 2393 at the start of the [[First General War]]. <br/>
The RDC crossed into [[Federation]], [[Klingon Empire|Klingon]], and [[Mirak Star League|Mirak]] territories and gained several key systems at the onset of the war. For four years, this alliance fought against the forces of the Federation, Klingon, Mirak (and sometimes [[Gorn]]) governments in a highly destructive, but inconclusive conflict. <br/>
By the end of the war, all sides had returned to their original borders and [[Star Fleet]] had begun to reorganize its fleets and build new [[starships]].
