|History=Emmalynne, or Emma as she prefers was born to Jeroldine and S'Vet, Half human, half vulcan. S'Vet was a Star Fleet Tactical officer, who was killed in the line of duty when Emma was two. Her mother, a school teacher, remarried two years later, because of pressure from her family to appear proper, instead of un-wed and with a child. Having never known her father, Emma considers David to be her father and her younger brother means the world to her. They grew up in an old fashioned weatherboard house in country Australia. Her favorite place to sit and think was the railing on the second floor. Their favorite game to play as children was cops and robbers (Emma was always the cop).
At the age of twelve, Emma fell from the railing after being scared by a prank her seven year old brother had pulled. She was unconcious for three days. During the whole time, Corey cried, thinking he'd killed his big sister. When she awoke, Emmalynne managed to convince Corey that she was a Zombie returned from the dead and that if he didn't do everything she wanted she'd do something mean and horrible. It lasted about a month till their parents found out and grounded her.
Emma was the kind of girl who was always getting into fights. She was always in trouble at school for punch-ups. To try and calm her and let her fight in a safe enviroment her parents sent her to Martial Arts classes. Everything she learnt about Vulcan culture she learnt from books and school, while she knows how to hide her feelings, she generally only does so to hide when something is wrong. Such as when her best friiend, Zuleika moved away and left a false forwarding adderess. At eighteen, unsure of what to do with herself, Emma decided to join Star Fleet. She agured continually with her mother about the choice, after not speaking for several years, she was suprised when her mother called her, to try and talk her brother out of joining Star Fleet, which she didn't do.
During her final exam in the Academy, Emma realised that this wasn't a job to be taken lightly and wounders if she can really do the job properly. She still suffers flash backs about the traumatic scenario used, about the USS Parma being destroyed and being one of three survivors of the crew. Shortly after her Graduation, Corey gave her a Cockatoo called Tallulah. Emma loves the bird, but hates why he gave it to her. "So someone can keep an eye on ya sis!"

She broke her left leg, left arm and three ribs in the fall. She's also suffered several breaks, bruises and lacerations from her martial arts training and competitions. She's allergic to cats

|Weaknesses=Emma's very subconcious of the fact that she's half-vulcan. She has a hard time controlling her anger when someone insults her or her family

Corey skipped school and got Emma to skip too, they took their horses and rode all day through the countryside (avoiding any of the farms where people knew them). It wasn't anything special, but it had just been the two of them, enjoying the day, without anything or anyone to bother them
|Crucial=Her final Star Fleet Academy exam, where she realised that Star Fleet wasn't an easy job and that she couldn't save everyone. The scenario consisted of the ship being almost destroyed. She was accompanied by two other officers. One is certain they won't make it, the other an engineer trying to repair the ship. The three managed to escape in a pod just before the ship exploded when the warp core breached. It still weighs heavily on her mind if there was something she could've done better
|Role Model=Emmalynne had a lot of adults in her life, but one who really changed her attitude towards herself was her Aikido Sensai, Masako Satoyuki.
Sensai Masako was a small man with a big influance. He saw in Emma more then just a troublesome child. He saw a girl who wanted to fit in and was angery at the world. He showed her that while you can't change the past or who you are, you can still make a differance.
Star Fleet had always been in her sights, but Emmalynne never had the faith that she could get in or go far. Satoyuki told her otherwise. He trained her far more than the other children he trained. He trained her patiance and her confidance. At her graduation from the Academy, it was he who showed up to congratulate her, not her parents
