Changes

The USS Darwin heads out on a routine survey, when it registers a ship that appears and disappears literally meters away. Eventually the Darwin tracks down the alien vessel and after some haphazard communication, the ship turns out to be a highly advanced and almost sentient construct. The vessel has been heavily damaged by some unknown force and is 'dying'. Can the crew save the vessel and win it over, or will it die?
