Imperial Romulan Base 15 is a Romulan outpost located approximately 10 light years inside Romulan space. Nearby astronomical phenomena include the Sheridan Nebula and a Type IV asteroid belt.

IRB 15 was briefly used to confine captured Star Fleet Officer, Lt. Commander Samantha Aster after her capture by Paul Vice.
