Personal History
Peter was born in Colorado. He had a rough life growing up since he was part Romulan. Most of the kids teased him and excluded him from everything. His parents would tell him not to give up hope, that one day those kids would respect him and regret ever making fun of him. When he got into high school he had made a few friends, but many people still made fun of him.
He entered into college at the age of 18, and did great. Peter slowly was able to break out of his shell of shyness and stayed out, but as with every where Peter went on Earth he got teased by many people. He was able to graduate at the age of 21 During his time in college he made the decision to enter into Star Fleet Academy so that he could earn the respect of those around him, and fulfill his parents belief. During SFA Peter struggled a little at first. After a short while he was able to get back on track and started to excel where he had struggled before. Every day he worked hard and told himself that he could do anything if he just put his mind to it. He was able to be in the top ten of his class all the way to graduation. He also was able to make many new friends along the way making him happier then ever.
Peter spent a lot of time with his father and grandmother learning about his Romulan heritage. Even thought he was teased, Peter always showed excitement in being different from everyone else. He took it as that he got to have more of an opportunity at life knowing that he was more than just a human. Peter never held much anger towards those that teased him because they just couldn't understand his point of view. Peter also embraced his human side mostly so that he could understand the others around him, but he worked hard to understand both sides of his heritage.
Personality Profile
Hobbies and Pastimes: Taking apart electronics and messing around with what is inside (his parents always had a hard time getting him away from electronics). Cadet Weiss also has a hobby of collecting antique cars and modifying them or making different items

Personality: He is kind and relaxed, and is always up for a good time. He especially loves adventure. He would spend hours upon hours of reading, playing games, and many other things that can involve adventure of some sort

Likes: Peter loves furry little animals, at home he has a Siberian Husky and a cute little cat
Dislikes: Peter cringes every time he sees lots and lots of blood
