Uranus
Uranus (also known as Sol VII) is the seventh planet of the Sol system. It is classified as a gas giant class.
This planet was a charter member of the United Federation of Planets in 2161.
Uranus orbits its sun once every 84 years, and its average distance from the Sun is roughly 20 AU (3 billion km; 2 billion mi). The rotational period of the interior of Uranus is 17 hours, 14 minutes.
It has the third-largest planetary radius, and the fourth-largest planetary mass in the system. It also has a ring system, a magnetosphere, and numerous moons.
Uranus is unique in that it has a side-ways tilted axis, and its rotation is tilted sideways, nearly into the plane of its solar orbit. Its north and south poles, therefore, lie where most other planets have their equators.
