The USS Anarchy, CV-11 is a was an Odyssey Class Star Cruiser of the Federation-class subtype, assigned to Star Fleet Special Operations Command.
Lineage
The USS Anarchy was laid down at the completion of the Borg Invasion, but construction was halted during the period of peace that followed. The semi-complete hull was mothballed and towed to a storage facility where it remained for many years, until the Third Romulan War when construction was continued. The spaceframe was completed at the beginning of the Krynar invasion when the USS Democracy was destroyed with massive loss of life. To prevent the repeat of such a tragedy, the Anarchy's systems became largely automated.
It is not known exactly how and when the Anarchy came into possession of Special Operations, but the Shuttle Bays and Flight Decks were modified to accomodate Special Operations craft and the Barracks were re-purposed to house teams of Operators instead of a Battalion of Marines. The ship would act as a staging base for long-range strike missions, and could even become the Special Operations Headquarters if the current one was compromised.
The USS Anarchy was launched and commissioned on Stardate 21308.06.
