This template provides each rank and medal image of the “Career History” section of all STAR FLEET PERSONNEL COMMAND files; that is, biographies.

To make use of this Template:EventImage image template, the biography must include the following items within each {{CHLineTest}} line of its |CHist= section:
|Event=Ensign|Department=Science
Note that the appropriate one of the following event codes must replace “Ensign,” and the appropriate one of the following department codes must replace “Science”:
- See under the Ranks By Department heading, below, for actual wiki rank and department names.
- See under the Medals heading, below, for actual wiki medal names.
