Personal History
Frank was born to a middle class family. His mother was a teacher and his father was a fire fighter. He grew up in Boston, where his family home was located in South Boston. He went through the city schooling system and was an average student. He did not find something to excel at until he tried out for the school swim team where he went on to earn multiple records. In his sophomore year of high school he discovered the art of fencing and became hooked.
Upon graduation, he applied to and was denied entrance into Star Fleet Academy. He knew he wanted to serve, so he enlisted. He graduated top of his boot camp and was selected for the Security SAR (Search and Rescue) school after one term of duty aboard the USS Roosevelt, where he served as a Damage Control crewman. Again he excelled at SAR basic, having found the niche he belonged. He served on various SAR teams for 5 years until he was offered a slot in the OCS school. He accepted and again made himself well known. Upon graduation he returned to SAR service as Team Leader and then during training rotations Lead Trainer.
Starting as a Team Leader aboard the USS Hudson, a humanitarian ship with a mission to assist within the Beta Quadrant, he went on to see action on ten different planets. He quickly climbed the ranks to Lieutenant Commander. After his last term of duty aboard the USS Alaska, he went to serve at the SAR training school as Training Supervisor. He was only there a year when he was offered the position of Chief of Security of the USS Enterprise, CV-07 after the previous Chief of Security, Lieutenant Commander Xavier Thomas was killed in action.
After serving as Chief of Security for a year he was chosen to be First Officer of the USS Enterprise, CV-07, where he served until receiving heavy injuries during an altercation in the Romulan War. He awoke three months later from a comma and was assigned back to SAR as Task Force Leader of newly re-commissioned TF-38. He currently serves in that role and the role of SAR Team Leader aboard the USS Gettysburg, BC-1863.
Personality Profile
Hobbies and Pastimes: A connoisseur of cigars, he normally always has one on him, whether he is smoking it or not. He is a fan of fencing and swimming and can normally be found in the pool working out every day.
Short-Term Goals: Serve his ship to the best of his ability and protect his crew mates.
Long-Term Goals: To be able to retire honourably. If a command comes his way, he is more then willing to take it, but all he wants is to serve admirably.
Personality: Can come off a bit harsh and rough. Always open with his thoughts and how he feels. Has a sense of humour, mainly seen by those who know him best.
Sense of Humor: Can be a little dry at times, but he always means well. Tends to try to lighten a tense moment when the people around him need it.
Likes: Swimming, fencing, cigars, likes to drink his fair share when off duty, but will never touch a drop while on duty.
Dislikes: Incompetence and foolishness. Will be the first to speak up when he sees something he disagrees with or dislikes.
Off Duty Clothing Tastes: Off Duty uniform of a T-shirt and Fatigue pants or shorts.
