Seran T-1 was the designation of a 24th century Federation outpost.
Fun Fact:
This outpost was the location where the dilithium crystal chamber for the USS Enterprise, NCC-1701-D was designed on stardate 40052.
According to Leah Brahms, "some of the Federation's best engineering minds participated in its development."
